Tracey has an extreme phobia of open water. She recently moved to the south coast and wants to overcome her phobia so that she can enjoy time with her teenage boys. London-born Jenny suffers from a phobia of rats and has had nightmares about them ever since she was a young child and saw one in her home. Jamaican-born Devereaux discovered he had a phobia of sausage dogs when he moved to the UK and feels like his fear is holding him back. For the treatment to be successful, each patient needs to confront their fear in a uniquely designed confrontation, tailored to their specific phobia but some treatments aren't as straightforward as others.
