Dermot Bannon and Claire Irwin head to Palmerstown in western Dublin to renovate the home of Katie and Jason Rehill, who need more space for their children and to stop the damp creeping up the walls. Dermot wants to add a large extension from the kitchen down one side of the house, with a kids' room, a cosy space for Katie to relax in, four bedrooms and an office for Jason.
