A night of swimming finals at La Defense Arena, as a plethora of star names take to the pool, headlined by the much-anticipated men's and women's 100m freestyle races. The evening kicks off with the women's 100m freestyle, in which Australia's double world champion Mollie O'Callaghan appears the one to beat. With the USA's defending champion Caeleb Dressel failing to qualify for the men's 100m freestyle event, the door could be open for Tokyo silver medallist Kyle Chalmers, while Britain's Matt Richards and home favourite Maxime Grousset could push for the podium. American superstar Katie Ledecky is favourite to further increase her medal haul in women's 1500m final and France's five-time world champion Leon Marchand is also in action. The schedule also features the semi-finals of three disciplines, and the finals as follows - women's 100m freestyle at 7.30, men's 200m butterfly at 7.36, women's 1500m freestyle at 8.04, men's 200m breaststroke at 9.08 and men's 100m freestyle at 9.15.
