Rice represented Ireland in three friendlies before opting to play for the Three Lions, and Grealish also played for the Irish at various youth levels, while interim England boss Lee Carsley, who takes charge for the final time tonight before he is replaced by Thomas Tuchel, has 40 caps for the Republic.
