Rory O'Connell is back with two Christmas specials, in which he shares festive recipes and creative cooking tips to help make cooking over the holiday period stress free. In this edition, he prepares a salad of roast butternut squash with chickpeas and salmoriglio, an Italian lemon and herb sauce. The chef also cooks a savoury turkey, ham bread and butter pudding, as well as chocolate and pear flan.
