Designer Dee Coleman and the team are in Co Carlow to help a mum, dad and three children who have spent six years living in a 1960s three-bedroom semi that has never been a proper family home for them. The house is stuck in past, with ageing decor, while the chaotic living room doubles as a playroom but functions as neither. Mum Katherine, who has epilepsy, spends many hours resting in a dark gloomy bedroom flanked by clutter. Can the team bring the home into the 21st century while also giving the family some much-needed space?
