TV Presenter Dave Benson Phillips, musician Max George, radio broadcaster Remi Burgz, comedian Shazia Mirza and broadcaster Terry Christian compete in a series of culinary challenges in the second week of Heats. They are each presented with a different ingredient they must use in a dish to impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace in the Under The Cloche challenge. Then, the celebrities have one hour and 15 minutes to prepare a main course and dessert they would cook to impress someone at a dinner party.
