It doesn't hit Netflix for another month, but Marvel's The Defenders got its first airing yesterday at Hall H in San Diego Comic-Con and early reports are extremely positive.

As well as this, a new trailer debuted online which gives us a further glimpse into Sigourney Weaver's big villain, the return of Electra, the Defenders joining up finally, and lots of karate action.

Not only that, those jammy bastards at this year's Comic-Con also got a sneak preview of The Punisher, the next Marvel / Netflix series that will debuting in late 2017 and is being described as the most violent show in Marvel's television pantheon.

While we're waiting for that, here's the Comic-Con trailer for The Defenders, which hits Netflix on August 18th.
