In fairness to Netflix, they know exactly the kind of movies we want to watch in these trying times - classics.

Netflix is set to make a number of John Hughes titles available from April. Now they've added a bunch of animated features, which could be deemed modern classics, too.

The timeliness of all this could very well be in line with the launch of Disney+ last week too. There's something a bit "Hey! Look over here at all the animation we have" about it.

Not that we're complaining because there are some very entertaining titles here.

And if you have both Disney+ and Netflix because you love animation, happy days!

Coming from a mixture of Dreamworks Animation and the works of Aardman, the movies hit cinemas between the 2000s and the 2010s.

Here's the full list of newly added animated features.
