Idris Elba is proving himself to be a man of many talents as not only has he won acclaim in his acting career in the likes of Luther, The Office and Thor but he is also a talented DJ playing sets everywhere from Glastonbury to Ibiza (and even our own Forbidden Fruit soon).
He's now set to combine both these skills in an upcoming Netflix series called Turn Up Charlie, created by Elba (who stars and executive produces) and television producer Gary Reich.
Elba will play Charlie, a struggling DJ and eternal bachelor, who is given a final chance at success when he reluctantly becomes a manny to his famous best friend's problem-child daughter.
It will be eight 30 minute episodes and production begins this May in UK.
