Netflix have released our very first look at their new animated movie, 'The Willoughbys' - and it looks like a must-watch for the family this April.
Based on Lois Lowry's children's book of the same name, 'The Willoughbys' will see the titular family be split up as the children of the tale hatch a plan to get rid of their neglectful parents. By sending them off on a vacation together, the children undergo their own high-flying adventure.
Starring Ricky Gervais ('After Life') as the narrator cat, the movie will follow the family's four children who are convinced they’d be better off raising themselves. But are the children really better off without their parents? According to the movie's trailer, maybe not.
As well as having Gervais as his trademark dry humour, the children's movie boasts an incredibly talented bunch of voice actors who have been involved in the movie too. Will Forte ('The Last Man on earth'), Maya Rudolph ('Big Mouth'), Terry Crews ('Brooklyn Nine-Nine'), Martin Short ('Father of the Bride'), Jane Krakowski ('Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt'), and singer Alessia Cara all lending their voices to the family adventure.
Be sure to watch 'The Willoughbys' when it becomes available to stream on Netflix from April 22.
