Irish Disney+ viewers will be able to watch the ENTIRE back catalogue of 'The Simpsons' when it launches on March 24th.  Yep, later this month, all 30 seasons (and most episodes) will be right in the palm of your phone, tablet, or smart TV.

You see, earlier today Disney+'s Twitter account posted this cryptic spinning doughnut onto their page, suggesting that an announcement about 'The Simpsons' was imminent.

The Twitter page has been quiet ever since, and left us all wondering what was going on. Will 'The Simpsons' ever make it over to Disney+? And have they fixed the aspect ratio of the earlier episodes yet?

The Twitter page has since retweeted a British GQ article which confirms the streaming service will have every episode of 'The Simpsons' for us here in Ireland. So, we're taking that as a major confirmation that rumours are true.

According to a press release from Sky, both Disney and Sky managed to forge a multi-year deal with each-other, allowing TV users the best of both worlds. The deal means that Disney+ will be available in Ireland on Sky Q, to be followed by NOW TV in the coming months.

Now that Homer, Marge, Bart and the rest of the cast will be joining in on the fun of Disney+, how many of you will be buying subscribing now?

At the moment, the service is available for a reduced price of €59.99 for one year's subscription. The offer is only available up until launch day on March 24th. Let us know if the arrival of 'The Simpsons' is enough to whet your appetite.
