Just when you thought 'Sex/Life' couldn't get spicier...
'Sex/Life' has been trending in the top 10 on Netflix for the past few weeks now since it debuted on the streamer on June 25th.
The series follows Billie, a suburban mother of two, as she starts to reminisce about her sexually charged past life, and her ex-boyfriend Brad.
She writes her frustrations and fantasies in her journal. Then it all comes to a head when her husband Cooper reads it…
Now her married life is in danger, especially as Brad keeps popping up in her life, and Billie questions whether she really can have it all.
Sarah Shahi and Adam Demos play Billie and Brad, respectively, while Mike Vogel plays Cooper and Margaret Odette plays Billie's best friend, Sasha.
It turns out that Shahi and Demos are dating in real life.
The couple first met on the set of 'Sex/Life', which they filmed in Canada last year, and wrapped production a month before Shahi's divorce to her husband of eleven years, Steve Howey, was finalised.
It emerged that Howey and Shahi, who have three children together, were separating last summer.
Shahi went Instagram official with her 'Sex/Life' beau on New Year's. They've been sharing pictures together on social media ever since.
Shahi described to People how they just clicked on 'Sex/Life'.
"We met in the makeup trailer and we just got on instantly, "she said. "We had the exact same taste in music, we had the same taste in whiskey and tequilas and I was really blown away by him just as a person and all I knew was that I wanted more.
"And then I got an opportunity to act with him, and I will say, sitting across the other side of the camera with him was just a privilege.
"You're only as good as your scene partner. He's amazing in the show."
She added: "What can I say? It was just really good casting. And the rest is for me and him."
'Sex/Life' is streaming on Netflix now.
