Now we are VERY intrigued as to what this will be...

Charlie Brooker is taking a year off from 'Black Mirror' (thankfully), to bring us what Netflix is now billing as a "comedy event" - 'Death to 2020. Oh, and it's got a tonne of talent attached to it too.

Announced just this past week, the first star attached to 'Death to 2020' was Hugh Grant. Grant previously stated that he would be playing " a historian who’s being interviewed about the year. I’m pretty repellent, actually! And you’ll like my wig".

However, Netflix has now revealed the full cast line-up for their special - and consider us officially interested.

Joining Grant will be Samuel L. Jackson ('Pulp Fiction'), Lisa Kudrow ('Friends'), Kumail Nanjiani ('Silicon Valley'), Tracey Ullman ('The Tracey Ullman Show'), Leslie Jones ('Saturday Night Live'), Samson Kayo ('Truth Seekers'), Diane Morgan ('After Life'), Cristin Milioti ('The Wolf of Wall Street'), and Joe Keery ('Stranger Things').

No other details have been revealed as of yet. Here's the official synopsis of 'Death to 2020' from Netflix:

2020: A year so [insert adjective of choice here], even the creators of 'Black Mirror' couldn’t make it up… but that doesn’t mean they don’t have a little something to add. Death to 2020 is a comedy event that tells the story of the dreadful year that was — and perhaps still is? This landmark documentary-style special weaves together some of the world’s most (fictitious) renowned voices with real-life archival footage spanning the past 12 months.
