'M.O.D.O.K' marks the latest series from Marvel and will tide MCU fans over once 'Falcon and the Winter Soldier' wraps this weekend, and before 'Loki' launches in June.

Of course, 'Marvel's M.O.D.O.K.' is far from a typical production from the superhero studio.

Its titular animated character is an anti-hero, his name standing for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing.

He plans to change the world "by bringing it to its knees."

Patton Oswalt voices the antagonist. The series also stars Aimee Garcia, who voices M.O.D.O.K.'s wife Jodie, while Melissa Fumero and Ben Schwartz voice their children.

Jon Hamm voices Iron Man, Nathan Fillion plays Wonder Man, and Jon Daly voices Super Adaptoid.

The official synopsis reads: "In 'Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K.', the megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K. (Patton Oswalt) has long pursued his dream of one day conquering the world.

"But after years of setbacks and failures fighting the Earth’s mightiest heroes, M.O.D.O.K. has run his evil organization A.I.M. into the ground.

"Ousted as A.I.M.’s leader, while also dealing with his crumbling marriage and family life, the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing is set to confront his greatest challenge yet: a mid-life crisis."

All ten episodes of the series will premiere on Hulu in the USA on Friday, May 21st.

In Ireland and the UK, the episodes will roll out weekly on Disney+, also commencing on May 21st.
