Ahead of its release in the coming weeks, Disney and Marvel Studios have dropped a fresh look at the God of Mischief.

We're not counting down the days or anything, but just so you know, there are only 28 days (at the time of writing) until the 'Loki' series premieres on Disney+. As you can probably tell, we're very excited about its prospects.

And we such little time until we can begin streaming each week (on a Wednesday, FYI), fans have been treated to a special look at the series in a new feature.

As well as Tom Hiddleston's titular character causing his usual havoc, the new trailer shows off the supporting characters more than we've seen them thus far. Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Lexus Renslayer, both members of the Time Variance Authority (TVA), shine as they discuss the insubordinate and arrogant God.

A cast member who has been notably absent from any promotional material of the series thus far is Richard E. Grant. It does seem odd that an actor of such stature not even be given a glimpse of in either a trailer or an image, so it means that Marvel is hiding his identity for a reason.

There has been a hooded figure who has featured in previous trailers, including in this new 'Loki' trailer below, so chances are that this is Grant. Or it could be someone else entirely - we know how protective the MCU is of any spoilers leaking. Either way, fans have been trying to figure out his identity.

Here's the new special look 'Loki' trailer for the series.

There's not much longer to wait now, with 'Loki' arriving on Disney+ every Wednesday from June 9.
