Nearly every single Bond film will be available in one place for your summer blockbuster movie marathon that you're certainly going to want to host.

Irish subscribers will be able to stream *nearly* every James Bond film on Prime Video from this May.

News outlets in the UK broke the news that all of the MGM back catalogue of films about the most well-known 00 Agent will hit the service this month. Here in Ireland, however, we'll be getting the same deal, but a month later. We here at entertainment.ie reached out to a Prime Video correspondent, who confirmed the news this morning. Expect a concrete release date very soon.

The news means that nearly every Bond film, including 2021's 'No Time To Die', will hit Prime Video at one time. That means that everything from 'Dr. No' to 'The Spy Who Loved Me' and 'GoldenEye' will be available for your perusal. The two titles left out of the long list of Bond adventures are 'Casino Royale' from 1967 and 'Never Say Never Again' from 1983. This is because neither of the titles was produced by Eon Productions.

Whether this is for a limited time, or forever, is yet to be confirmed. It follows Amazon's acquirement of MGM Studios for a whopping $8.45 billion.

The addition of the Bond titles to Prime Video will be a huge boost for the streaming service. No other forthcoming titles have been announced so far, except for a reality competition series with the "007" moniker attached. '007’s Road To A Million' will see Bond enthusiasts and adventurers attempt to outrun their competitors in a globe-trotting series where they could win a £1 million cash prize.

The search is currently underway for Daniel Craig's 007 replacement.
