There's ever more drama for the stars of 'Tiger King', namely Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin.

Carole Baskin has won control of Joe Exotic's former zoo.

Baskin is a big-cat rights activist and CEO of Big Cat Rescue. Exotic is currently serving a 22 year sentence for a murder-for-hire plot to kill her.

A federal judge ruled that Big Cat Rescue will take over the 16-acre Wynnewood, Oklahoma property that heavily featured in the Netflix series 'Tiger King'. The Tiger King Park is also known as Greater Wynnewood Development Group or G.W. Exotic Animal Memorial Park.

Baskin seemingly won't be responsible for the array of big cats in the animal park. The current owners have 120 days to vacate Tiger King Park, including removing all zoo animals from the land.

Ownership of several trucks based on the property will, however, go to Big Cat Rescue as part of the deal. This includes two Dodge RAMs, a GMA Sierra, and a Ford F-150.

The judgment also awarded several cabins to Baskin, according to court records.

The court ruled that Exotic had fraudulently transferred the zoo to his mother, Shirley M. Schreibvogel, in 2011, in an attempt to avoid losing the properties to creditors amid ongoing lawsuits with Baskin.

An attorney for Jeff Lowe, the current owner of Exotic's park, told CNN the judgment handed down today was not unexpected.

"We anticipated Carole Baskin getting the title to the former park that once belonged to Joe Exotic, and we did not challenge her attempts to do so," Mosley said. "All of Jeff's focus is on opening the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville, (Oklahoma), which should be opening in the next 120 days."
