The countdown is on to season two of The Handmaid's Tale and while we have had a trailer, and some cast announcements, today we got a bit more of a sneak peak of what's to come in a new teaser trailer.
From what we can see, Offred/June is still facing the consequences for her act of rebellion at the end of season one, while we also catch a glimpse of Alexis Bledel's character Emily in what we can assume is a flashback. We also see Janine (Madeline Brewer) in what appears to be the colonies, which we know will feature in season 2 while somebody we can't make out has a gun to their head.
Season 2 premieres April 25th on Hulu. It's been confirmed season two will be shown on Channel 4 in the UK, but there is no air date currently set.
