There was much excitement earlier in the year when Dean Strang - one of lawyers from the phenomenally popular Netflix documentary series Making A Murderer - came to Ireland. Strang came over for an interview with The Ray D'Arcy Show which didn't exactly go down well with fans of the documentary series but sure Strang had a lovely time, and that's all that matters.

So much so, that he's returning to our fair isle in September with 'A Conversation with Dean Strang from Making a Murderer'. The talk is set to take place in two locations around Ireland (so far) - Cork Opera House on the 22nd September and Roisin Dubh in Galway on September 25th. It will see the lawyer "participate in a moderated discussion regarding the systemic failures of the criminal justice system, as well as the broader implications of the Steven Avery case".

Strang and Buting are both going on a tour around America in the summer with a similar talk, although so far there's no sign of Jerry joining him in Ireland, but sure who cares, Strang's our fave anyways right?

Tickets will go on sale for both events on March 31st, with prices ranging from €32-€35.
