It's been twenty years since we first saw Katie Holmes take to the screen as the doe-eyed Joey Potter, a role which catapulted her and her fellow cast mates to fame and stood as the bar for teen dramas for many a year.
Holmes must have been feeling a bit nostalgic yesterday as she posted a throwback pic on her Instagram of her posing with former co-star James Van Der Beek and Dawson's Creek creator Kevin Williamson.
She wrote: "#tbt when we were filming the pilot for #dawsonscreek it was such a magical time and I am forever grateful to all who were involved and all of our fans @kevwilliamson @vanderjames, (photo) by @thereal_marymargarethumes.”
