It's a well known fact that Breaking Bad will come to an end later this year, and we're all rather sad about it. There's been plenty of talk about the final episode, what with series creator Vince Gilligan writing and directing it, but now Bryan Cranston has opened his gob to tell us Walter White will not have a happy ending.

"There's nothing good, there's not going to be redemption," Cranston told The Associated Press at the Oscars last night. He was really there to support Argo, but sure how could he not talk about the smash hit series that made him a star? "It's going downhill - it's ugly", Cranston revealed.

Gilligan had previously hinted that the series would end on a rather definitive note: "There's always going to be somebody who says they wished it went a different way. But if it ends well, if it ends right, hopefully we're going to please the bulk of our viewers with this ending. We're going to leave it all on the field, I can tell you that."

We've said it before and we'll say it again lads, we can't wait to find out what happens!
