Big news for Graham Norton today as it's emerged that he will have his debut novel made into a TV series. Entitled 'Holding', it tells the story of a murder in a rural Irish community, with novelist John Boyne declaring Norton was 'wasted on TV' in his review.
The novel will be adapted by Blueprint Television, and the head of the production company is now Dominic Treadwell Collins, who until recently served as executive producer of EastEnders.

The production company told The Evening Standard; "There’s a level of quality that we thought we could turn into proper international television."
Blueprint Television also made the likes of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and In Bruges, so no doubt Graham is happy his story will be in safe hands.
