Room to Improve finished up its run for the season last night with Dermot talking us through a Best Of special featuring some of his most famous builds over the show's eleven seasons.
Yep, ELEVEN seasons. Room to Improve actually started all the way back in 2007 when it aired on RTÉ One on Wednesday nights. It only moves to Sunday's for its sixth season and we're not sure when specifically in that timeline the entire nation became obsessed with it, but here we all are.
However, it will be some time before we all can get another fix with the next series not back until 2019, and viewers are not happy about it.
Sunday night wont be the same without #roomtoimprove 😪😪& @DermotBannon

#roomtoimprove as we bid farewell to Dermot for another year, may your extensions stay square, may your budgets stay overblown, may you still have petty arguments with clients. Goodbye sweet prince until we meet again next year. pic.twitter.com/EyIV1sgDlk
