Amy Poehler doesn't seem too bothered by Taylor Swift's claims that women like her, "who don't help women", have a special place in hell. Swift made the comments in a recent interview with Vanity Fair, hitting out at Poehler and Tina Fey for their jibe about her love life at the Golden Globes.
Seems Amy, who hits our TV screens tonight when Parks and Recreation FINALLY makes it this side of the Atlantic, was surprised Taylor took the joke to heart. "Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist, and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to hell. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff" she told The Hollywood Reporter. Her Globes co-host Tina Fey told Entertainment Tonight that she'd been expecting a backlash from James Cameron, and didn't see it coming.
Speaking of Poehler though, if you aren't sure what all the fuss is about when it comes to Parks and Recreation, then now is your chance to find out. The critically acclaimed comedy series finally hits digital telly screens in the UK and Ireland tonight, with Season One launching on BBC Four at 10pm. You may have spotted it on RTE beforehand, but if you missed out, now's your chance to catch up.
Keep your eyes peeled for a few familiar faces, particularly Zero Dark Thirty and Guardians of The Galaxy star Chris Pratt, who plays Andy, the bumbling boyfriend of Rashida Jones' Ann Perkins.
