Marie Kondo is hoping her new children's book might just spark some joy in your children later this year.

Is your house bursting at the seams with toys and gadgets that your children never play with? Or are your kids driving you daft with the sheer amount of LEGO that you keep finding in random places? Fear not dear parents, as Marie Kondo and her new children's book might be the answer to all of your clutter problems.

Following hot in the footsteps of her hit Netflix series, 'Tidying Up with Marie Kondo', the tidying extraordinaire is returning back into the limelight, but this time in book form.

Kondo is set to release her new children's book, entitled 'Kiki & Jax: The Life-Changing Magic of Friendship' this November. It will be a collaboration with co-writer and illustrator Salina Yoon, and will be a picture book. She has said that her new book aims to "inspire children and families to tidy and embrace joy!"

Of course, how Marie Kondo actually achieved getting her own Netflix series was due to the success of her first book, 'The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up', first published in Japanese in 2011. Her book earned the organising consultant immense praise, and she even became one of Time's 100 Most Influential People in 2015.

Her new book will be released on November 5th. If you've ever wondered how much of a Marie Kondo you actually are, then why not have a go at our quiz (here).
