Netflix has announced that the upcoming sixth season of 'Bojack Horseman' will be its last.

The adult tragicomedy animation follows the titular character, voiced by Will Arnett, as he attempts to make a career comeback having been a hit sitcom star in the '90s. Bojack struggles with alcoholism and depression. The Netflix series has touched audiences and critics alike.

Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, Paul F. Tomkins and Aaron Paul make up the rest of the voices of the main cast.

Netflix has also revealed the concluding season will air in two parts.

The first launches next month on October 25, 2019. The second airs on January 31, 2020.

Netflix has released a trailer for the final season which sees Bojack writing a letter to his friend Diane from rehab.

When we last saw Diane, she was having an affair with ex-husband Mr. Peanutbutter, in spite of him being newly engaged.

As for Princess Caroline, she's struggling with her newly adopted baby. And Todd continues to become embroiled in madcap situations.
