Picture the scene, if you will.

You're at home, you're scrolling through Netflix and you want something comfortable and familiar. You land on 'Archer' because why not? But what episode to watch? The one where Burt Reynolds hangs out with Archer? Or the one where Archer pretends to be Burt Reynolds in 'Smoky & The Bandit'?

All the while you're agonising over this decision, your food's getting cold and you're slowly losing the will to even watch 'Archer' again for the umpteenth time, arguing with yourself over why you can't bring yourself to experience new things, never mind watching something other than 'Archer'.

If this is you and you know this pain, you're in luck. No, Netflix can't help you overcome your emotional issues, but they can give you a shuffle option for some TV series. Vulture confirmed with Netflix that the streaming giant is testing the feature on certain accounts this weekend.

"We are testing the ability for members to play a random episode from different TV series on the Android mobile app,”  the statement read. "These tests typically vary in length of time and by region, and may not become permanent."

It's a good idea, in fairness, as you so often end up scrolling past some cracking episodes that you could have easily forgotten about, so why not try a shuffle option?
