With 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' reunion premiering on HBO Max this weekend, we're looking back at the hit '90s sitcom.
'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' debuted 30 years ago on September 10, 1990. It ran for 148 episodes between 1990 and 1996.
The series launched Will Smith to stardom as he played a Philly teenager raised by his wealthy aunt and uncle alongside his cousins in their Bel Air home.
The show made an icon not only of Smith but also Carlton Banks (Alfonso Ribeiro) and Geoffrey Butler (Joseph Marcell); as well as Hilary (Karyn Parsons) and Philip Banks (the late James Avery), and Jazz (DJ Jazzy Jeff).
The upcoming reunion will see the cast come together and reminisce about their time on the show.
Who knows, they might also discuss that drama reboot of 'Fresh Prince' that's currently in the works...
