Scarlett won the 2021 Generational Award at last night’s MTV Movie and TV Awards, but her husband ensured that it was one award win that she’ll always remember.
In case you weren’t aware, the MTV Movie and TV Awards took place last night via a virtual event. Some of the biggest movies and TV shows over the past year were honoured, including the ‘Avengers’ and ‘Black Widow’ actor. However, Colin Jost had his wife Scarlett Johansson slimed while she was making her acceptance speech, which seemed to have pissed her off quite a bit.
Holding her big shiny golden-plated popcorn award, Scarlett began her speech by thanking all of the people she’s worked with over the past three (!!!) decades in the movie and TV business. (According to IMDb her first movie role was in ‘North’, starring Elijah Wood, in 1994).
The 36-year-old then said that her award belongs to “many hundreds of creative people all over the world”, before going on to thank her fans for their support over the years.
It was after this when her husband Colin Jost enters the frame, with a big ol’ bowl of green slime (which takes a second to fall out).
The ‘Black Widow’ star closes her eyes, turns to Colin, and yells "What the F**k?" The 'SNL' star seemingly confused the Nickelodeon Awards with the MTV ones, but it all makes for a rather funny - if staged - altercation between the pair.

The MTV Movie and TV Awards were hosted by Leslie Jones with Snoop Dogg as the DJ (??). 'WandaVision' was a big winner on the night, scooping four awards including Best Show, Best Performance for Elizabeth Olsen, and Best Villain for Kathryn Hahn's Agatha.
