Paula Cole's song 'I Don't Want to Wait' became synonymous with 'Dawson's Creek' when it was chosen as the show's theme song from its second season onwards.

The lyrics always seem to speak about life, love and the like, but it's actually about war, according to Busy Philipps, and well, the lyrics, as she points out in her new show 'Busy Tonight'.

Philipps, who played Audrey Liddell on the hit show, gave the audience her own rendition of the iconic song revealing "this song is about war but no one ever knows that".
