Argentina v Belgium (Kick-off 5.00pm)

Third quarter-final match of the tournament this evening as the Argentinians take on the Belgians. Both these teams needed extra time in the final-16 matches against Switzerland and the USA respectively so no doubt they will be hoping this match doesn't prove as physically draining. Argentina do have the skills of Messi on board who has scored an impressive four of the country's seven goals in the tournament so far, however the Belgians are starting to live up to their title as the dark horses of this competition so it's anyone's guess which side will dominate today.

Netherlands v Costa Rica (Kick-off 9.00pm)

Well look who has managed to make it to the quarter finals? Costa Rica have certainly proved their worth in this contest and this is the first time they have made it so far in the tournament. The Netherlands, on the other hand, are a dab hand at this World Cup business and have finished as runners up on three occasions. However, they won't be assuming to have the edge in this match against this newly invigorated Costa Rican team.
