The second episode in Vogue Williams documentary series sees the presenter attempt to get inside the head of a generation obsessed with extreme notions of physical beauty. She meets young guys so deep into their muscle-fixated Adonis Complex that they're pumped to unreal levels but still see themselves as weak and unmanly.

Vogue also investigates the growth in body dysmorphia disorder amongst her own generation and deep dives into the world of serious competitive fitness by challenging herself to compete in the Bikini Athletics category at one of Europe’s biggest and most ferociously contested body fitness competitions. To do so, however, she needs to get down to a daunting 8% bodyfat, but will working-out towards a competition goal, rather than an aesthetic ideal, help her to come to terms with her own obsessive gym addiction?
