If you're a fan of legendary comic Tommy Cooper, this feature-length biopic of the much-loved comedian may be your cup of tea tonight. Cooper was adored by the public in Britain but behind the scenes was a troubled man who drank too much and slept too little. It tells the story of how the comic found himself falling for and having an affair with his manager Mary over the course of seventeen years, all the while still married to his doting wife Gwen. Tommy found himself unable to choose between these two equally devoted women, and his death on live TV in 1984 meant he never did make that decision. Great cast in this too, with David Threlfall, Jason Manford, Amanda Redman and Helen McCrory.
