The last couple weeks we have had The Truth about Sugar, followed on by The Truth About Calories, this week however they are turning their attention to fat. It's not new information to tell you that fat has long been considered as unhealthy, but is it really as bad as people think? Medic Saleyha Ahsan aims to get to the bottom of this in tonight's programme where she reveals startling new research that suggests some saturated fats might actually be good for people's health. Ahsan also invites volunteers to find out what happens to their bodies and minds if they stop eating it entirely, and discovers the fat hidden in seawater that could make the food of the future a lot healthier.
