While in the past we have been a little, let's say, sceptical about this show, have to say last week's effort by the staff of the Ruby Store in Sligo was truly impressive, with the business increasing in sales by 50% three months later. So will tonight's lot have the same tenacity? In this final episode of the series, Norah Casey heads to Waldorf's Barbers on Dublin's Westmoreland Street where staff will be left in control of the 85-year-old business for a fortnight. It's known all over the world for its traditional craftsmanship and barbering skills, but current owners father and daughter Liam and Linda Finnegan have different management styles, with Linda wanting to modernise the place more. Can the staff strike the right balance to keep them both happy?
