The Restaurant continues its brand new series tonight which sees Irish celebrities tasked with creating a three-course meal to serve to a restaurant of diners along with food critics Marco Pierre White and Tom Doorley, while each week there will be a guest food critic joining them. In tonight's episode, snooker professional Ken Doherty concocts a menu that honours his mother and his wife, including cod on a bed of buttery colcannon and a mid-spiced curry served with toast.
