History was made last week as Michael D Higgins became the first Irish President to make a State visit to Britain, and didn't he do us proud? The programme will see Tommy Gorman taking a look back at some highlights of the visit, including the State dinner at Windsor, as well as the spectacular performances and speeches that were made in honour of the President's visit at the Royal Albert Hall. It was all truly the stuff of history books, and no doubt this doc will just mark the beginning of clips being replayed of his time there. No doubt Reeling in the Years will be ALL over it so they will.
