Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh is back for a new series which sees her sitting down with some random folk who have made difficult, life-changing decisions and essentially having a bit of a deep and meaningful with them. Blathnaid does well in this format too as she really seems to engage with who she is interviewing to the point that she has been genuinely moved to tears along with the rest of us. Tonight she will be chatting to Sunny Jacobs, who was wrongly convicted of murdering two Florida highway patrolmen in 1976, Jacobs spent a horrific 17 years on Death Row before her conviction was finally overturned. Certainly puts things in perspective.
