Gluten-free are the buzzwords these days so this week the bakers are challenged to make gluten-free pizzas using Irish ingredients and traditional calzones, before they face their biggest challenge to date - preparing a Mad Hatter's tea party for 30 guests. At the end of the day, judges Paul Kelly and Lilly Higgins have a big decision to make, as they must decide which contestants have earned a place in the semi-final.
