Last we we salivated over a series of scrumptious desserts before waving goodbye to yet another hopeful. Seriously, those trifles looked very tasty, but if we had to eat them all we don't think we'd be able to look at dessert come Christmas time. Tonight the remaining bakers are tackling pies and tarts. They're tasked with baking signature double-crusted fruit pies, whipping up custard tarts in the technical challenge, and pulling out some serious showstoppers made with filo pastry. Our tummies are still rumbling here...
