Quickly gaining momentum as the hobby of choice that can often turn into a career, photography is a relatively new medium, that requires genuine talent to excel in. Journeys that inspired the production of highly acclaimed photographic works, including Robert Frank's odyssey through Fifties America, and William Klein's walk around the pavements of New York are all thoroughly explored here. Also featured are Garry Winogrand's charting of the human comedy in Central Park Zoo, and William Eggleston's guide to Memphis and the American South. A must see programme for those even with a passing interest in image capturing. There's another instalment on at 10.50pm, followed by the charming German film Good Bye Lenin! about a man who must hide the fact that East Germany has effectively disappeared from his auld one. Good times.
