The Irish version of Britain's Got Talent is back for a second series, and this time it's bigger and better than ever - it's your time to shine for county, for country, for €50,000. Last year The Mulkerrin Brothers captured the heart of the nation and brought victory to the West and to their mentor Daithi Ó Se. This year, Daithi's fellow judges are hoping to steal his crown and bring glory to their region. In a competition which pits region against region, as well as act against act, it's more than personal pride at stake - it's the pride of place that's paramount. Grainne Seoige leads the search for a star from across the country, beginning with auditions in the east, where Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh hopes to discover a winner with the help of 2FM presenter Cormac Battle and Fair City star Pat Nolan. Contestants include a six-year-old rock fan, as well as an act that moves the presenter to tears - and one that leaves her red-faced for the second year running.
