Last in the series tonight of this show which, let's face it, usually always makes the rest of us feel better about our perhaps less-than-perfect eating habits. These folk eat so much sometimes they don't even KNOW they're bloody eating. Tonight, Anna Richardson scrutinises the diets of 26-year-old Allan and 22-year-old Emma to determine the cause of their widening waistlines, and the surveillance cameras soon reveal some supersized portions. That would do it alright, probably enough to feed a small family! Too harsh? Too harsh. As well as that food psychologist Christy Ferguson is in Manchester to test the theory that office workers tend to choose healthier options when ordering lunch in advance than choosing when they're hungry. At the risk of sounding like a moody teenager - DUH.
