If there's one man who knows everything about food it's Rick Stein, so his next culinary adventure should be rather entertaining and informative. He begins his trip in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, where the old colonial influence on the British Empire still effects eating habits to this day. There'll be an abundance of fish and seafood dishes on offer in Kolkata (Calcutta) and Chennai, and Rick will be cooking up some rather tasty dishes including prawns in coconut milk and his mum's British Raj curry.
