Phil returns, continuing his efforts to state the obvious to people who are trying to sell their homes. This time he goes undercover in Scotland, trying to get offers on two houses not far from Glasgow's busy city centre. In Giffnock he's working with Dougie, whose three-bed home has Scotland's best state school on the doorstep. And in Uddingston, he meets Pamela and Ian, whose five-bed cottage is struggling to find a buyer. One house is a 50s throwback, the other an 80s revival, and neither is what the buyers of Glasgow's swanky suburbs want in a family home. Phil and the owners feel the pressure with just one week to sell these pricey properties at an open day.
