When Paul O'Grady first set foot in Battersea Dogs and Cats Home last year, little did he know he know how popular his little show would become. Sure isn't it even up for a BAFTA? The comedian and chat-show host heads back to Battersea for Series 2 tonight, and one of the first residents he meets is a British bulldog that has a mysterious problem with its hind legs and has to go for an MRI scan. There'll be plenty to keep him busy, what with nine newborn puppies to be fed and a smelly English mastiff to be washed.
