It’s the middle of the week and you want to relax, so Irish chef Neven Maguire is here to calm your woes through visions of travel and delicious cuisine. His base for the new series, which sees him travelling around our Emerald Isle, is the luxury hotel barge Shannon Princess. Its first episode sees Neven board the barge and sail from Lough Ree to Athlone and on to Clonmacnoise. While on board, Neven shows off his recipe for pork rogan josh with rice and cucumber rahita. Neven also visits the James Whelan Butcher Academy in Clonmel and the 1826 Adare restaurant in Limerick.
