Award winning chef Neven Maguire is back for a fourth series of Home Chef and this time he's taking things to another level. Each week he'll be getting a masterclass from top chefs and taking us to a few Michelin-starred restaurants. The first show brings our Nev to Waterford Castle where he meets up with head chef Michael Quinn and learns how to cook perfect leg of lamb steaks. As for the man himself, he'll be preparing air-dried beef carpaccio with roasted beetroot and mustard cream, and revealing the secrets of his raspberry and white chocolate MacNean Cheesecake.
