Last in the series of Neven's cook-tastic adventures sees him meet chef Oliver Dunne from Dublin's Cleaver East Restaurant who will demonstrate how to prepare braised belly of pork. While Neven himself will show us some of his own recipes including the ultimate beefburger with crispy potato wedges, and a dessert of toasted coconut and Malibu parfit with pineapple carpaccio and lime meringue. Which all sound just delicious, and fair play to Nevin, he always makes these dishes sound so doable. Not saying, we're going to actually make them now, but you know, we COULD.
